Club Announcements:

-Board meeting at Daniela Mead’s house on July 18^th

-Grant project was approved

-David Anderson, Matt Weisenbaker and Terry Mann would like to do a fundraiser to help build the house in Haiti for the children. They are planning to have a skeet shoot in October at Terry or Matt’s property. More information to come on how to get involved with the fundraiser through Rotary.

 

Speakers – Classification Talks

Randall Wiley: Randall worked for his father at a young age as a ditch digger! He decided the Texas heat and digging ditches was not for him. Randall pursued a career in IT and now works on Oracle systems. He lives in Dobbin with his wife and 5 children. He likes to plant grapes, dirt bike with his daughters, and make beer! He joined Rotary because his oldest son is doing an exchange student program. Randall will also be a Youth Exchange leader with the Lake Conroe Rotary.

 

Annette O’ Neal: Annette lives in Tomball, Texas with her husband and children. She has a 23 year old son and an 18 year old daughter. She plans to move to Montgomery one day but her husband is currently starting his own business which will delay the move. Annette works as a general manager for Service Master by ABC. Annette loves to be involved in the community and is excited about Service Master’s new location on 105 next to Grease Monkey.

Gary (Foundation) we received out first check this year for EREY!

 

Good news:

Mike Berger – went to the Astros game where they won with a walk off home run in the 9^th. However, his gradson was tired so they left in the 8^th inning.

Christina announced that they will be doing a project for medical supplies to Guatemala
